Just weeks before Michael Jackson passed away, Marsha Ambrosius composed a tune late one night while on piano. She promptly sent a snippet to him for consideration. Michael called and wanted to do some work on the track.
However as the story goes, they never got a chance to do much of anything with it. But after Michael tragically moved on, Marsha recorded her own version for the album "Late Nights and Early Mornings".
Though her falsetto you can actually visualize Michael singing with all his heart. Though I bet the composition would be more of a soundscape alternative note. Kind of like the bridge to "Escape" or that tune from Cheetah Girls 2(where they break up). One can only dream.
Previously, she helped produce MJ's version of Butterflies! A retrospective R&B classic!
